Since 2016, we have been serving the Western Slope out of our food trucks at local farmer's markets and large festivals. We pre smoke and cook everything before we arrive so once you order from us, your food is quickly plated and ready to get you on the move without long wait times. Our line may be long, but people are usually given their food right after they pay, so don't let it deter you, we will get to you soon, and trust us, the food is worth it!
